Our secret is in the quality of the raw material, a fish selected directly from the fishery and manufacturing processes inspired in traditional methods, that maintain the nutritional properties of fish.

PURCHASE AND SELECTION OF FISH

The fresh fish selected by our consumers in the fisheries arrive at our processing plant in Blanes.

MANUAL CLEANING

The fish go through a manual cleaning process that consists of scaling and removing spines and viscera.

PRODUCTION

Each type of product requires a certain manufacturing process. In FRESKIBO, we industrialise fish production processes traditionally to maintain the textures and nutritional properties of the fish.

PACKAGING

In accordance with legal requirements, we use fresh fish for all of our products. Each type of product requires different packaging methods to guarantee optimum preservation. We use packaging techniques that protect and conserve the properties and the freshness of the fish, without altering their characteristics.

DISTRIBUTION

Once packed, the products are ready to be delivered. We use the Ros Group’s transport fleet for delivery to guarantee the cold chain and perfect state of the products when they reach their destination for sale.
