Fish for “Paella”


In the Fish for Paella mix, you will find an assortment of seafood especially designed for you to make your best paellas: Mussel, Potón, Pacific white shrimp, Chirla and Cigala.
For 4 people, heat 10 ml of oil, preferably olive oil, in a paella pan, and when hot, add the paella mix and sauté over a medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Add approximately 1 litre of fish stock and / or water. Bring to the boil, add 300 g of rice and adjust the salt and saffron to taste. Keep boiling over a high heat for 5 minutes, and lower to moderate heat for 15 minutes until it has finished cooking.
TIP: If you like noodles with seafood, you can use this preparation – they are delicious.
