  1. In a bowl or frying pan, sauté three unpeeled garlic cloves in a little olive oil until golden brown.
  2. In a separate bowl, prepare the mixed leaf salad and cherry tomatoes to which we shall add a little romesco sauce.
  3. To make romesco sauce, you need dried red pepper, ripe tomatoes, garlic cloves, a glass of olive oil, toasted almonds and stale bread. If you don´t have time to make it yourself, you can buy some very good romesco sauces.
  4. Remove the cardboard strip from the container. Do not puncture or remove the film. Place in the microwave at 750W for 3 minutes (be careful not to burn yourself when opening the container) or remove the product from the entire package, place under the grill or in the oven and cook as required.
  5. Arrange the Mediterranean Cod on a plate and add the sautéed garlic.
