Cod, Hake and Green Asparagus Marinera with romesco, sautéed white beans with mixed leaf salad and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Mixed leaf salad
  • Ripe tomatoes
  • White beans
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Dried red pepper, toasted almonds, garlic cloves, olive oil, stale bread (romesco sauce)
  • Cod, Hake and Green Asparagus Marinera

 

Recipe:

  1. Wash and drain the beans well, dice the ripe tomatoes and mix with the green leaf salad.
  2. To make romesco sauce you need dried red pepper, ripe tomatoes, garlic cloves, a glass of olive oil, toasted almonds and stale bread. If you don´t have time to make it yourself, you can buy some very good romesco sauces.
  3. Remove the paper from the Marineras, heat a frying pan or griddle with a little oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
  4. Arrange the Marineras on the plate with white beans and a bunch of mixed leaf salad with tomato.
