Galician-style Octopus

Ingredients

  • FRESKIBO Pesca Seleccionada Cooked Octopus
  • 3 or 4 medium potatoes
  • Sea salt
  • Extra Virgin olive oil
  • Sweet paprika

 

Recipe:

  1. Cook the potatoes in a saucepan in plenty of salted water for 30 minutes.
  2. Let the potatoes cool, peel and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick. Arrange them on a plate.
  3. Open the container, take the octopus leg out of the bag and cut into slices. Serve on the bed of potatoes.
  4. Dress with paprika, olive oil and sea salt.
  5. Serve at room temperature or after heating in a microwave for 30 seconds on a low heat.
