Hake and Prawn Marinera with broccoli, carrot, Caesar dressing and quinoa

Ingredients

  • Quinoa
  • Broccoli
  • Carrot
  • Egg, oil, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, half a garlic clove, Parmesan cheese and a little pepper (Caesar dressing)
  • Hake and Prawn Marinera

 

Recipe:

  1. Boil the quinoa in plenty of water. Wash and drain the raw food thoroughly. Peel and cut the broccoli and carrot. In a pan, sauté the vegetables, add the quinoa and sauté for a few more minutes.
  2. To make the Caesar dressing, put the ingredients at the bottom of the blender jar (egg, oil, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, half a garlic clove, Parmesan cheese and a little pepper). Insert the blender arm until it reaches the bottom and blend the mix well together. Alternatively, you can buy very good Caesar dressing.
  3. Remove the paper from the Marineras, heat a frying pan or griddle with a little oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
  4. Arrange the Marineras on the plate with the quinoa, broccoli, carrot and a dash of Caesar dressing.
