Hake and Prawns Marinera with mixed leaf salad and mayonnaise and crab dressing

Ingredients

  • Bread roll
  • Mixed leaf salad
  • Crab sticks
  • Mayonnaise dressing
  • Capers
  • Hake and Prawn Marinera

 

Recipe:

  1. Slice the bread roll in half. Cut the crab sticks into thin strips.
  2. To make the mayonnaise dressing, first put the egg in the bottom of the blender and cover with oil, vinegar and salt. Insert the blender arm until it reaches the bottom and blend the mix well together. Alternatively, you can buy very good mayonnaise dressings.
  3. Remove the paper from the Marineras, heat a frying pan or griddle with a little oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
  4. Arrange the open roll on the plate, add some mixed leaf salad and add the Marinera and strips of crab sticks with mayonnaise dressing on top, adding some capers.
