To make the teriyaki sauce, mix the ingredients (soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, chopped garlic cloves, corn starch and water) in a pot and put over a medium heat. Boil (and keep stirring) until the sauce thickens.
Remove the paper from the Marineras, heat a frying pan or griddle with a little oil and cook 1-2 minutes on both sides.
Arrange the open roll on the plate, put a bed of rocket on the base, add the Marinera and a dash of mild teriyaki on top.
