Mussels in vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • FRESKIBO Pesca Seleccionada Pasteurized Mussels
  • Onion
  • Red pepper
  • Green pepper
  • Olive oil

 

Recipe:

  1. Peel and chop the vegetables into very small pieces. Add them in a bowl with oil, salt and vinegar. Stir until everything is combined.
  2. Open the bag of pasteurized mussels and bring to the desired heat.
  3. Place the mussels in a bowl, adding the desired amount of vinaigrette.
