Salmon and Hake Marinera with Pardina lentil, baby vegetables, mild mustard vinaigrette and rocket salad

Ingredients

  • Stewed lentils
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Green pepper
  • Rocket
  • Olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
  • Mild mustard
  • Salmon and Hake Marinera

 

Recipe:

  1. Wash and drain the raw food thoroughly. Peel and chop the carrot, onion and green pepper, and add the previously stewed lentils.
  2. To make the vinaigrette, mix the dressing (oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper) until blended.
  3. Remove the paper from the Marineras, heat a frying pan or griddle with a little oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
  4. Arrange the Marineras on the plate with the lentil salad and a bunch of rocket.
