Salmon and Hake Marinera with rocket and mild wasabi mayonnaise

  1. Slice the bread roll in half.
  2. To make the mild wasabi mayonnaise sauce, first place the egg in the bottom of the blender and cover with the oil, vinegar and salt, adding the desired amount of powdered wasabi (depending on how spicy you want it). Insert the blender arm until it reaches the bottom and beat until the mixture is blended. Alternatively, you can buy some very good wasabi mayonnaise sauces.
  3. Remove the paper from the Marineras, heat a frying pan or griddle with a little oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
  4. Arrange the open roll on the plate, put a bed of rocket on the base, add the Marinera and a dash of mild wasabi mayonnaise on top.
