Soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, chopped garlic cloves, corn starch and water (teriyaki sauce)
Boil the rice in plenty of water. Finely chop the onion, clean and cut the green pepper and the courgettes into small pieces. In a pan, sauté the vegetables, add the rice and sauté for a few more minutes. Add some nori seaweed and sesame.
To make the teriyaki sauce, mix the ingredients (soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, chopped garlic cloves, corn starch and water) in a pot and put over a medium heat. Boil (and keep stirring) until the sauce thickens.
Remove the paper from the Marineras, heat a frying pan or griddle with a little oil and cook 1-2 minutes on both sides.
